Teleperformance as the company itself has gone way beyond my expectations when I started here, I would like to start with the amazing people that were there supporting at the beginning and it has been there all along the way. I hope you can feel identify with it. Not only my co-workers but also the staff.
TP has shown me the difference between a job and a career. I’m part of their principles and feel confident on coming to work knowing I will be around coworkers that have become my friends, making every day a journey to success. I am able to communicate my needs and aspirations being certain that they will be heard.
En mi experiencia trabajando en TP lo primero que noté fue la apertura y humildad con la que todos trabajan, tanto así que hasta puedes almorzar en la cafetería con tus jefes. El feedback es escuchado y aplicado. Y he hecho muy buenos amigos, tan reales que podemos conversar y reír de todo. El ambiente laboral es muy inclusivo y todos tienen un espacio en TP.
